PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIRST DATE WILL ALREADY TAKE PLACE IN FEBRUARY IN GERMANY!
The list is not exhaustive. At the moment the date from Norway (show) as well as the dates from Switzerland and the Czech Republic (sport, other countries can be added later as well) are still missing.
